TERMS & CONDITIONS
SELLER:
Sellers warrant, undertake, authorise and agree that:-
1. They accept the Terms and Conditions of The Company.
2. They may submit a maximum of one bid on their own Property.
3. They are the lawful owner of the Property.
4. They will be bound both by their agreement with the Agent, the Auctioneer and the Contract of Sale. They will do everything required of them to complete a successful sale.
5. Any offer acceptable to the Seller prior to the Closing Time of the Listing shall be submitted through the normal bidding processes of The System and therefore subject to the Terms and Conditions.
6. They may only withdraw the Property from sale at any point prior to the Reserve being met, but once the reserve has been met they may not withdraw the Property. If they withdraw the property at any time prior to the Reserve being reached they must pay a Withdrawal Fee of $220 (GST Inc) to The Company to cover the costs of notification to all interested parties.
7. They will do all things necessary and complete all necessary forms and documents to authorise the Agent and The Company to list the property and offer if for sale through The System.
8. They appoint the Auctioneer as Attorney to sign the Contract of Sale on their behalf if for any reason they can not or will not sign within the required time.
9. They agree to reimburse The Agent for any fees The Agent has paid The Company as outlined in the schedule of fees published on The Company's website.
10.These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with the general terms and conditions.
