Trackers
Trackers warrant, undertake, authorise and agree that:-
1. That they are aware that registration as a tracker does not authorise the registrant to submit bids on the 2bid2 system and that bidding can only be affected with registration as a bidder.
2. That they expressly give permission to the agent and the company to contact them via email in order to keep them informed on properties they have registered to track or similar properties.
3. That any discrepancies in advertising or terms and conditions are superceded by those contained on the company website.
4. These conditions must be read in conjunction with the general terms and conditions
